A three-day Toubkal trek via Tamsoult offers a wonderful adventure through the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, combining the beauty of the Toubkal region with the stunning Tamsoult waterfall. Here’s a description of the trek:

Program: Hiking in Toubkal 3 Days / 2 Nights

Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil valley – Azzaden valley

In the early morning, we transfer you from Marrakech to Imlil.  You will start a 6-hour hike in Imlil Valley and into the Azzadene Valley, on the way you will pass Tizi N’Mzik, the refuge at Azib n’Tamsoult, and the Ighouliden waterfalls.  Depending on our pace, we’ll stay overnight in Azib n Tamsoult or a mountain refuge at 9,800 ft.

Day 2: Azzaden valley – Toubkal refuge

The day begins with a stiff climb hiking out of the Azzadene Valley to the Toubkal Refuge over the Aguelzim Mountain pass. We will have lunch at a spectacular viewpoint over the Atlas Mountain range. We will overnight in the Toubkal Refuge where you’ll likely be sharing a bunk room with other trekkers tackling Toubkal early the next morning.

Day 3: Toubkal refuge -Toubkal refuge – Imil valley – Marrakech

Wake up early before sunrise and start the ascent to the summit of Mount Toubkal and we will Follow the trail to the highest peak in North Africa, enjoying the panoramic views as you climb then we will reach the summit of Mount Toubkal, standing at 4,167 meters, and celebrate your accomplishment with the views of the Atlas range and the Sahara Desert. It is truly awesome, then we go back down the way we came, past the refuge and the well-worn path back to Imlil. You will normally be dropped off at around 5 pm in Marrakech.
